**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and explain our water and wastewater treatment solutions.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer queries and concerns.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam).
- Basic knowledge of water and wastewater treatment solutions (preferred, but training will be provided).
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection.
- Willingness to relocate to Pune.
