We are urgently looking for **"Sales Coordinator"**in one of the IT Industry.
**Qualification**:Graduation/Diploma: a degree in business or related field is a plus.
**Location -** Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
**Experience -** 0-2 Years
**Job Description -**
Support Sales Team: Assist in managing schedules and appointments for sales representatives. Provide necessary documentation and information to facilitate sales activities.
Client Acquisition: Identify and research potential clients to expand the customer base. Assist in the development and execution of strategies to attract new clients.
Customer Interaction: Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team, gathering feedback and addressing inquiries. Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to their needs promptly.
CRM Maintenance: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on existing clients and prospects. Track sales data, client interactions, and follow-up activities to ensure effective relationship management.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain organized records of sales activities and customer interactions. Track sales data and prepare reports for management review.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies.
Facilitate communication between sales representatives and upper management.
**Skills**:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
