Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer
Job Location: Mumbai
Highly effective CMO with proven success (re)positioning and scaling companies in emerging categories with SaaS and services business models. Responsible for strategy, branding, GTM, demand generation, customer acquisition, campaigns, and channel development.
- Experience building and marketing platform solutions with multi-sided markets, communities, developer relations along with product experience that includes API development.
- Focused on creation and scale to start up, build-out and drive growth at high-value companies. Outcome-oriented with the energy and passion to drive customer success, brand development, communications, product marketing, and demand generation.
- Experienced managing and aligning sales, channel and marketing bringing ABM, account intelligence/intent and nurturing into client success programs. Data-driven marketing methodology framework of frameworks approach —incorporating the Sirius Decisions (incl. demand unit waterfall), Gartner, PRTM and Big Four management consulting experiences.
Unique CMO skills with a strong technical background in software development and distributed systems architecture.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Ø Making Digital Media Strategies for Inspira Enterprise which will increase brand awareness as well as conversion rate optimization across social media platforms
- Ø Experience in B2B Marketing
- Ø Would be responsible for supporting all full time Social media Online and Offline reps Globally and Increasing Inbound Web Leads
- Ø Managing inside sales team for lead generation and conversion
- Ø Managing Corporate Communications (Internal & External)
- Ø Corporate website: Continuous revamp of the website (design & content) to enable the user-friendly features which connects the website visitor to the relevant content
- Ø Blogging / Articles on websites and other media platforms
- Ø Leveraging social media to grow Company’s Brand Awareness (LinkedIn, Facebook, IT Magazines etc.)
- Ø Communicating the brand story internally to train Sales-TeaM/Front-ending teams of all products
- Ø Should have experience in PR & Communication.
