**Duties of a Sales Executive at Peeyem Honda**
- **Sales & Customer Service**:

- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Honda 2-wheelers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, specifications, and financing options.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.
- **Lead Generation & Follow-Up**:

- Generate new leads through field visits, phone calls, and referrals.
- Follow up on potential and existing customers to close sales.
- Maintain a strong customer database for repeat business.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in sales promotions, campaigns, and events.
- **Documentation & Process Compliance**:

- Assist customers with completing required purchase documentation.
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams for loan approvals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- **Market Awareness**:

- Stay updated on competitor products, prices, and market trends.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team, managers, and service departments.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product updates.
- **Reporting & Records Management**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,159.15 - ₹28,635.63 per month
