**QUALIFICATION: MBA**

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Min. 10 yrs of exp on same or equivalent profile.
- 3 to 4 yrs of exp in real estate operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Day to Day working of operational activities.

Ø Follow-up of all pending Work.

Ø Weekly and monthly Operations Reviews.

Ø Liaison with
- Multiple vendors
- Associates
- Architect.
- Designers.
- Sales associates.
- Material suppliers for work.

Ø Supervising and guiding daily operational issues in various Dept.

Ø Sales Follow-up on Respected Sir instructions / requirement.

Ø Working closely with sales and technical team to provide them operational supports and to resolve their issue.

Ø Communication Draft preparation for various operational issues on Respected Sir instructions /requirements.

Ø Verification and Recommendation of various vendor /associate

Ø Registry (customers and farmers) /Sales Lineup review.

Ø Verification and forwarding of every bill.

Ø Working on cash flow and budget details.

Ø Weekly and monthly Expense Estimate Preparation

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow - 226010, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 10 years (preferred)
- Management: 10 years (preferred)
