
Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Purchasing and Procurement**:
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure timely availability of goods and services.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish agreements to maintain a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
- Review and approve purchase requisitions and orders to ensure compliance with company policies and budgetary constraints.
- Monitor inventory levels, track deliveries, and address any issues or delays to maintain optimal stock levels.
**2. Machines and Equipments**
- Create and maintain a comprehensive calibration schedule for all equipment and instruments used in the production process.
- Determine the appropriate calibration intervals based on industry standards, equipment specifications, and regulatory requirements.
**3. Accounts and Financial Management**:
- Oversee the company's financial activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets, providing accurate and timely information to management for decision-making purposes.
- Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and implement effective cash management practices.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
**4. Vendor Management**:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, ensuring adherence to contract terms and service level agreements.
- Identify and onboard new vendors to expand the supplier base while maintaining high standards of quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluate vendor performance regularly, addressing any issues or non-compliance promptly.
**5. Compliance and Regulations**:
- Thoroughly understand the Business Process Designs that are being drawn, monitor and enforce compliance with the same.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, reporting requirements, and statutory obligations.
- Implement internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets and prevent fraudulent activities.
**6. Commercial Management**:
- Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement within the industry.
- Generate weekly sales team efficiency reports and provide insights to the Directors regarding the performance and development of the sales team.
**7. Customer Service**
- Ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining effective customer service processes and standards specific to the iron shots and grits industry.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, addressing any concerns related to our products.
- Foster strong customer relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs
**8. Administrative Functions**:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations within the iron shots and grits manufacturing facility, including facilities management, procurement, and inventory control.
- Manage and coordinate administrative staff, delegating tasks and ensuring efficiency in line with our manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain effective administrative systems, policies, and procedures specific to iron shots and grits manufacturing.
- Handle contract management, vendor relationships, and negotiations relevant to our manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements specific to the iron shots and grits industry, maintaining confidentiality and data protection.
**9. Team Leadership and Development**:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the commercial and administrative team within the manufacturing facility.
- Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to enhance the team's performance.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth specific to our industry.
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members in the iron shots and grits manufacturing field.
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
