**Role Overview**:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of Dynamics Monk, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial decision-making. The CFO will play a crucial role in shaping the company's financial strategy, ensuring financial stability and growth, and providing insightful guidance to the executive team and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support the company's short

term and long-term goals.
- Provide leadership and direction to the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage all financial functions, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and assessments to assess risks, opportunities, and overall financial health.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with business strategies.Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support business operations and growth initiatives.
- Lead financial modeling, scenario analysis, and decision support for strategic initiatives, investments, and acquisitions.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Participate in board meetings, investor presentations, and strategic planning sessions, providing financial insights and recommendations.

**Required Skills**:

- Qualified CA
- Proven experience (6+ years) in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance and business results.
- Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and M&A activities is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office suite.
