Key Responsibilities of a CFO in Infrastructure:

- **Strategic Financial Planning**:Developing and implementing long-term financial strategies to support the company's growth and sustainability.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:Creating and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to ensure accurate resource allocation and performance tracking.
- **Capital Management**:Overseeing the raising and management of capital for infrastructure projects, including debt financing, equity investments, and project finance.
- **Financial Reporting and Compliance**:Ensuring financial reports are accurate, complete, and comply with all applicable regulations and company policies.
- **Risk Management**:Identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with infrastructure projects, including project delays, cost overruns, and regulatory changes.
- **Investor Relations**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, including banks, institutional investors, and private equity firms.
