We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator & Facilitator with interest in building carrer in Project Management Area.
Skill / Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, project coordination across team, or a similar role.
- Relevant experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or related project management environment.
- Strong event management experience, with a proven track record of organizing and executing successful events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with facilities management software and project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with a focus on delivering quality results on time and within budget.
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
- Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to assist others.
Job Responsibilities
- **Facilities Management**:
- Coordinate and oversee all facility-related activities, ensuring the smooth operation of building systems and services.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address facility maintenance needs.
- **Project Coordination**:
- Assist in planning and executing facility-related projects, including renovations, office moves, and space planning.
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) with project documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and project success**.**:
- **Event Management**:
- Plan, organize, and execute company events, meetings, and functions within the facilities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all logístical and technical requirements are met.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality events.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries and issues, providing excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement facility improvements.
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels with internal and external partners.
