3. **Customer Service**: Patient Relations Executives focus on delivering exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction. They may coordinate with various departments to ensure that patients receive prompt and efficient care and support.

4. **Communication**: Effective communication is crucial in this role. Patient Relations Executives communicate policies, procedures, and relevant information to patients and their families in a clear and compassionate manner. They also facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers to ensure that all parties are well-informed.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
