
SAP Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **SAP Business One Support**: Provide day-to-day functional and technical support to users of the SAP Business One ERP system. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to various SAP modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, etc.).
- **User Training & Guidance**: Assist in onboarding new users and provide ongoing training for existing users to maximize their use of the SAP Business One system. Develop and maintain user guides and training materials.
- **System Configuration & Customization**: Assist in configuring and customizing SAP Business One to meet the specific needs of the business. Support the implementation of new features, updates, and enhancements within the system.
- **Issue Resolution**: Diagnose and resolve system issues, including software bugs, data inconsistencies, and performance problems. Collaborate with the technical team and SAP support for escalated issues.
- **Data Management**: Support data migration activities, data cleansing, and ensure data integrity within the SAP Business One system. Assist in managing backups and ensuring the security of system data.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Help users with report generation, customization, and query management using SAP Business One's reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports). Provide assistance in creating ad-hoc reports to meet business needs.
- **Process Improvement**: Collaborate with different departments to optimize business processes and workflows in SAP Business One. Suggest improvements based on feedback and usage patterns.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed documentation of user issues, resolutions, system configurations, and customizations to ensure continuity and effective knowledge transfer.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with IT teams, business departments, and SAP consultants to identify and implement improvements and troubleshoot system issues efficiently.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SAP Business One support or a related ERP support role. Experience with SAP Business One modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, etc.) is highly preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Familiarity with SAP Business One architecture and module configuration.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Experience with SAP Crystal Reports and query tools.
- Basic understanding of business processes and how they are mapped in SAP Business One.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot system issues and propose solutions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, document issues, and deliver training to end users.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to carefully manage and prioritize tasks, ensure data accuracy, and maintain system integrity.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position with potential for overtime or on-call support during critical system issues.
- Office-based position, with occasional remote support or travel to other locations, if necessary.
- Work in an office environment with access to the necessary software and hardware tools.
Pay: ₹11,321.54 - ₹32,990.09 per month
