**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-level support for SAP S/4HANA users across modules like MM, SD, FICO, PP, and others.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues to the SAP Basis or development team.
- Assist in testing and deployment of SAP updates, patches, and enhancements.
- Maintain documentation of support tickets, resolutions, and user guides.
- Train end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
- Collaborate with business users to understand pain points and suggest improvements

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA support or similar ERP environment.
- Working knowledge of at least two SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FICO, PP).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
