**Site Services Support**

**POSITION PURPOSE**:
To support the Silvassa manufacturing site by ensuring availability of all operational licenses and permits, to maintain healthy relation with neighboring communities, industries and Government bodies, liaise and coordinate with various governmental authority and ensure compliance with support of cross functional team.

Responsible for providing facility management services, employee welfare, general administration, security services and real estate matters at the site.

This position serves to add to the business sustainability by CSR activities and Bayer branding.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for availing various factory operational licenses and its timely renewal for the smooth operation of manufacturing site.
- To liaise and maintain a good rapport with governmental agencies like DISH, Dy. Director of Agricultural, Bureau of Indian Standard, Police, Authority of CGWA, prohibition dept, District collector, GIDC, NGOs and other statutory agencies.
- Ensure legal compliance in terms of Site related Factory Compliances under requirement of Factories Act, Insecticides Act, Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act, Legal Metrologie, and environmental Act,
- Represent Bayer to various Government Authority and Trade Association.
- Lead the team on welfare and facility management, front office, and employee services matter. Community engagement and facilitate recreational activities for site.
- Responsible for canteen administration, transportation, Creche facility & Gender supportive facility management, welfare activities -family day and other events at site.
- Community meet / Engagement activity - GIDC Association, Local Industrial Association, Local Red Cross India Association, School Education association.
- General housekeeping, horticulture and greenbelt development functions of the site. Responsible for Laundry services, Driver Services and Pest control Services.
- Manage and control the security functions at the site.
- Lead the Corporate Social responsibility functions and Bayer branding activities in the geography
- Responsible for Real Estate related matters for the site and Rental warehouse management
- Responsible for Non-Contaminated Scrap Sale management, timely disposal of Expired products and scrap as per environmetal norms
- Ensure employees health & Health awareness program at site (site wellness Center)
- ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015 audits, compliance audit, risk control audits, raids and searching and seizing by GST Authorities
- Manpower planning, security management, and facility management, execution agreements with vendor and supporting plant team for misc purchase.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Any Graduate/Post Graduate degree / Professional Degree / Diploma in Industrial relations & Personnel Management. Diploma in Factory Administration.
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in the field of Factory administration operational area like liaising, licensing (preferably in agro chemical industry/large manufacturing set-ups / MNCs), security, real estate, facility management.
- Having regulatory knowledge of various laws related to manufacturing site.
- Good communication and interpersonal/negotiation/ collaboration skills.
- Good commend or Fluency in speaking of Local language Gujarati with understanding.
- Strong liaising skills, stakeholder management, influencing skills, understanding skills and ability to decide priorities.
- Ability to adapt change and able to work in change environment.
- Capable enough to handle emergencies and crisis.
