We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a vital role in driving sales and generating leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting products/services.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Record customer details, interactions, and feedback in the system.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs.
- Assist in scheduling appointments or follow-ups based on customer interest.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Work with the team to meet company goals and objectives.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or telecalling role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in [insert language(s)] (verbal and written).
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).
