**Job Title: Process Associate - Broker Services**

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Clean, organize, and standardize large datasets for internal and client use.
- Create and maintain structured **Excel tables**, dashboards, and reports.
- Extract and format data as per project or operational requirements.
- Identify and correct discrepancies through thorough review and analysis.
- Collaborate with the Broker Services and Data teams to ensure data integrity.
- Support ad-hoc data-related projects and documentation with precision and accuracy.

**Required Skills**:

- **Advanced Excel proficiency** (Formulas, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Data Cleaning).
- **Exceptional attention to detail** with strong data accuracy and quality focus.
- **SQL and Python** knowledge - _added advantage_.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently during night shifts.

**Educational Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Science** or **Commerce** (preferred).
- Internship or prior experience in data handling or real estate-related projects is an advantage.
