**What you'll do here?**:

Real-time tracking and responding to Customers Queries and Complaints on Social Media.

To monitor comments, complaints, suggestions and feedback on all the social media channels.

To respond to comments with solutions within the specified turnaround time.

Create brand awareness by primary means of addressing user queries and maintaining the brand reputation by changing the perception of people online

**You Should Apply, If -**

Have an ability to actively monitor and review user comments, suggestions, feedback and complaints across social handles and platforms manually

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Understanding of different social media platforms and reviews rating system

Keen attention to detail

Well organised and self-motivated

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Create brand awareness by primary means of addressing user queries and maintaining the brand reputation by changing the perception of people online
