**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential leads and prospects.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the organization.
- Lead Conversion: Skillfully engage potential customers over the phone, delivering persuasive sales pitches and addressing their queries effectively to convert leads into sales and admissions.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Incentive Earning: Be motivated by the opportunity to earn incentives based on performance
- Review and Optimization: Continuously review and optimize the sales and admission processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
- Data Management: Accurately record and maintain customer information
- Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure successful closures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Education: Plus Two and above
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
