We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven
Telesales Executive
with proven experience in a sales environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or product recommendations
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM systems
  • Handle customer objections and resolve queries efficiently
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a telesales or telemarketing role
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications
  • Prior experience in [industry, [ IT & software] is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
