**Job Summary**

We are looking for a creative and media-savvy Content Creator who is also a Market Influencer and Podcaster to join our team. This hybrid role requires someone who can not only produce high-quality content across various digital platforms but also engage audiences through personal brand presence and compelling audio storytelling.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Creation**:

- Develop and produce original content (video, blog, social media, etc.) aligned with our brand identity.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan content calendars and campaign launches.
- Stay on top of content trends, tools, and best practices.

**Market Influencer Role**:

- Represent the brand authentically on social platforms as a recognizable spokesperson or influencer.
- Build and maintain an engaged following across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Partner with other influencers or brands for cross-promotional opportunities.

**Podcasting**:

- Host and produce our brand podcast including scripting, interviewing guests, recording, and editing.
- Promote episodes across channels and analyze listener data for future improvements.
- Manage podcast scheduling, guest outreach, and coordination.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in digital content creation, social media influencing, or podcast hosting.
- Strong on-camera and audio presence; comfortable engaging with audiences in live and recorded formats.
- Proficient in video/audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Audacity, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and branding.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Experience in marketing, media, or communications is a plus.

**Nice to Have**
- Existing social media following or personal brand presence.
- Experience interviewing guests or moderating panels.
- Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and social media metrics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,982.77 - ₹45,000.00 per month
