Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a strong personal brand aligned with our company values and target audience.
- Create authentic and engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter, showcasing our products/services in a creative and relatable manner.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop influencer marketing campaigns and strategies that align with our brand objectives and target audience preferences.
- Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend company events, product launches, and promotional activities as a brand representative, creating content and sharing insights with your audience.
- Collaborate with our content creators, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content that showcases our products/services in the best light.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions, to track the effectiveness of influencer marketing efforts and provide insights for optimization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices for influencer marketing, and incorporate insights into content creation and strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with other influencers, bloggers, and industry professionals to expand your network and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the marketing team on campaign performance, audience feedback, and emerging trends in influencer marketing.

Qualifications:

- Strong personal brand with a significant following on social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or other relevant channels.
- Proven experience as a social media influencer or brand ambassador, with a track record of successful collaborations and engaging content.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with audiences effectively.
- Passion for our brand and industry, with a genuine enthusiasm for promoting our products/services to your audience.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative content ideas and marketing strategies.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and tracking tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change and experiment with new platforms and formats.
- Integrity and authenticity in representing our brand values and messaging to your audience.

**Salary**: ₹1,500.00 - ₹3,000.00 per day
