**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the retail and furniture sectors.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, client presentations, and sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and closing sales under supervision.
- Follow up with clients post-sales to ensure successful project delivery and satisfaction.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Understanding of retail and/or furniture manufacturing industry trends is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
