**Job description**

**Role & responsibilities**
- Formulating strategies, legal advice\'s and opinions for the organisation to resolve the disputes and issues related to the industry/organisation.
- Handling disputes and pending litigation before various courts including but not limited to Supreme Court, High Courts, NCDRC, RERA, Appellant Tribunal RERA, DRT/SARFAESI Act and IBC/NCLT matters.
- Preparing Title Search Reports in respect of agriculture land falling in and outside municipal limits which includes inspection of revenue record in the office of concerned Patwari, inspection in the office of concerned Sub-Registrar, perusal and scrutiny of revenue record, liaison with Gram Panchayat, Tehsildar Office, Local Development Authority, determining proposed use of the land as per the policy of Housing Department, Town and Country Planning Department, and concerned Municipal Corporation/Council, suggesting clients as to the permissible usage of the land, Inspection as to the proposed acquisition of land by any authority, advising clients to get the rectifications of the defects in the title.
- Preparing Due-Diligence Reports in respect of Commercial plots and built up properties which includes visit to the site, inspection of record at, building plans and all the approval/sanctions in respect of property in the office of Municipal Corporation/Council, Development Authorities proposed usage as per the policy of the Government.
- Drafting & Execution of Agreement to sell, Agreement to lease, lease deeds and all other related documents
- Drafting, Execution & Registration of sale deeds and lease deeds.
- Drafting and Vetting of specific agreements for Industrial, Commercial, Hotels, IT and Residential property.
- Mutations of the property.

Liasioning with the various Revenue Authorities

Minimum 10 years of experience into handling land disputes in real estate organizations
