**JOB TITLE**:
**TICKETING MANAGER / TRAVEL CONSULTANT (SABRE USER)**

**JOB PURPOSE**:
**To effectively manage the entire ticketing process to ensure prompt efficient service to the customers in a reputed company**

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : 3- 6 years (At least 2 year in travel industry)**

**QUALIFICATION : GRADUATE**

v **JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**1. Role requires the employee to effectively set up &manage the entire ticketing process**

**2. Role requires the employee to have detailed knowledge of ticketing procedures for various flight operators / vendors**

**3. Role requires the employee to understand customer requirements & provide relevant solutions**

**4. Role requires the employee to monitor ticket prices across flight operators & try to balance customer requirements along with organizational profitability**

**5. Role requires the employee to effectively co ordinate between customer, internal team members as well as external vendors**

**6. Role requires the employee to have the knowledge of the GDS : Sabre**

v **COMPUTER GDS SKILLS**
- **Amendus, Galileo, Travel Portal, Sabre (Sabre is most important )**

v **KEY COMPETENCIES**:
**1. Extremely good knowledge of ticketing procedures across flight operators**

**2. Customer centric & ability to understand customer requirements & deliver on the same**

**3. Research oriented to keep a track of prices across different sectors & flights**

**4. Has Excellent communication skills**

**5. Excellent relationship management skills**

**6. Ability to effectively manage vendors**

**7. Strong process orientation**

**8. Excellent excel, word, powerpoint skills & analytical abilities**

**9. Willingness to work in a high pressure job**

**10. Must be an effective team player**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:
