Sales and Purchase Executive

Must have knowledge and experience in Tiles business of 5+ years Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and purchase, preferably in the tiles, ceramics, or construction material industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth understanding of tiles products (types, sizes, finishes, trends). Salary: based on experience Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: Identify and develop new B2B & B2C clients (builders, architects, interior designers, retailers). Manage and expand relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals profitably. Ensure timely delivery and after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction. Regularly visit project sites, showrooms, or dealers for on-ground engagement. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management. Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to the leadership team. Purchase Responsibilities: Source quality tiles from manufacturers, suppliers, or importers at competitive prices. Negotiate terms of purchase including price, delivery timelines, and credit terms. Maintain strong vendor relationships and identify new supply sources to ensure consistent stock availability. Manage inventory levels in coordination with warehouse/logistics team to avoid stockouts or overstocking. Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and resolve any supply chain issues proactively. Ensure product quality matches required standards and specifications.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
