**A.** **Purchase Activities as a Store/Purchase Executive**:
1. To get Requirement from Departments

2. To Line up Vendors

3. To Get Comparative Quotations for the same

4. To Get Approval from Higher Authorities for Purchase as per decided lowest Price/Quotations

5. To Prepare PO and get it Authorized by Higher Authorities

6. To Communicate with Vendors

7. To Get Materials as Per PO and Check it

8. To Prepare GRN and Get it Authorized

9. To Handover the Required Material to the Concerned Department through Online PCS System i.e. Main Store

10. To Ensure PCS Process is Completed

11. To Maintain Record of Invoices received from Vendor

12. To Ensure original Bill/Invoice Copy is Submitted timely to Account Department

13. To Maintain Proper Records of All Transactions like PO and GRN/Billing Receiving from Vendor and Submissions of Bills to Account Department

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:
