2. Providing approval of sales order based on customers ledger.
3. Providing approvals for billing.
4. Checking Debtors and coordinating with Sales team for timely payments. Handling customers queries and concerns and providing solutions. Later on, leading a team of tele callers
5. Ensure timely dispatch of materials in coordination with dispatch team.
6. Provide daily reports of dispatch, pending orders, etc.

Qualifications:
1. 5 -6 years of experience working in similar field
2. Ability to clearly communicate, expressing requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals
3. Strong attention to detail in evaluating the completion of various phases of a project
4. Analytical skills to monitor progress of an undertaking and identify areas needing adjustment or improvement
5. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Willingness to manage multiple tasks at once and adhere to guidelines and deadlines
8. Cooperative and communicative attitude with the team.
