**Job Description: Paralegal (Night Shift)**

**Position**: Paralegal
**Shift**: Night Shift (US Shift)
**Location**: Mira Road, Bhayandar
**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience)
**Qualification**: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB)
**Communication Skills**: Excellent Written & Verbal Communication in English

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Weekly Off**: Rotational

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal research and support to attorneys and senior legal staff.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other relevant paperwork.
- Assist in case preparation, including discovery, motions, and filings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and legal teams.
- Maintain and organize legal records and files.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all legal tasks.
- Assist with administrative duties as required, including preparing case summaries and reports.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) required.
- Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work night shifts (US time zone) and rotational week offs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Additional Information**:

- The role will require working night shifts to accommodate US business hours.
- Rotational weekly offs will be provided.
- Location is Mira Road, Bhayandar.
