Job Summary:
**PROFILE: PARALEGAL**

Our rapidly growing US (California) based Rental Management firm - Navkar Business Services is looking for a Paralegal to join our growing organization.

A Paralegal will be responsible for drafting notices, interpretating several contracts, assisting in eviction related matters, performing various Legal and Administrative tasks.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Drafting various types of notices including lease violations, rent payment notices, eviction notices, general notices for all properties, etc. and maintaining all Notice Records.
- Drafting and updating Addendums, different types of Forms, Standard Form Notices.
- Legal research regarding Fair Housing, landlord-tenant related laws, eviction laws, compliance laws, etcProactively identifying and analysing recurring tenant related matters that might turn up as a lawsuit.
- Interacting with Property Managers, Supervisors, Attorneys, and all other related parties for case studies and updating case files.
- Co-ordinating and assisting ALL Departments in Legal Matters as and when necessary.
- Assisting various departments in interpreting contracts and/or Agreements with Attention to details.Organizing and maintaining documents in an electronic filing system.
- Performing general administrative duties.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- LLB Degree.
- Ability to learn and adapt the process requirements.
- Fluent English, Strong drafting skills, knowledge of Landlord-tenant laws, real estate, or property management laws, etc
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically MS-Outlook, Word, and Excel with good typing speed.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as a part of team.

**Note - It's a fixed day shift role.**

**Job location - BKC**

**Monday to Saturday working and Sunday off.**

**Fluent English is mandatory.**

**Salary offered - 25K to 30K**
