Designation: Machine Operator/Production Engineer

Job Location: Indore Educational Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or Diploma in Plastic Technology or Post Graduate Diploma in Plastic Technology or B.E/BTech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 2-5years
- Injection Blow Moulding and have worked preferably with a Pharmaceutical Packaging Company.

**Job Description**:

- Operation and Maintenance of machine by following cGMP norms and SOP in manufacturing related areas.
- Mold loading-Unloading on machine and scheduling to meet Production planResolving machine breakdown and product defects
- To review and monitor preventive maintenance plan for Machines and Utilities.
- Developing schedule for Mold Maintenance and carrying out maintenance as per schedule.
- Interaction and managing inspections of machine with machine and mold manufacturers.
- Work in shifts as per company’s schedule.
- Cooperation and coordination with subordinates and reporting to senior management

**Required Skills**:
1. Strong knowledge and understanding in Plastic Industry and hands on experience with Injection Blow Moulding. Experience on Jomar IBM machine is be Preferred.

2. Should be aware of Machine, Mold & Mold parts and its maintenance.

5. Should be aware of HDPE and PP material and its related processing techniques. 6. Awareness on cGMP requirement is a plus

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
