Requisition ID: 26342- Job Location(s): Oragadam, INDanfoss is looking for a Subject Matter Expert for Record to Report team. Your role is to Coordinate between the local team and global team for process support and improvements, involve in global projects, ensure availability of process documentation for all process, coordinate with stakeholders, Support month end closing tasks and follow up on pending tasks and all other Adhoc requests

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Process Support to Regions - SOP/PED/BOP & Templates, Runbook guidance / dependencies and True reconciliation, etc.
- Support to Region on any challenges in reporting
- Review & Approve on the request received towards reopening of ledger as per the process
- Support on Potential Change Request if any
- Monthly Meeting with Stakeholders
- First line contact - One entry point (generic mailbox) for support requests within APAC time zone
- More complicated issues, system/process related to be solved after the MR closing with Second Line support - Process Responsible and Process Facilitator
- Take input on improvements / changes / challenges within the regions and bring this forward
- Support in M & A, within the regions
- Secure the localization part when doing / implementations / testing of global initiatives
- All other ad-hoc requests during closing
- Other GL Projects

**Background & Skills**:

- Qualified CA/ICWA with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and expertise in financial reporting & controlling in global environment.
- Outstanding communication and collaborative skills together with the ability to guide, influence and convince others with empathy.
- Should be a team player who is used to work in a complex matrix environment and who has proven communication experiences to senior management.
