**Job Summary**:
The Back Office Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the company’s processes. The role involves data management, documentation, record-keeping, and coordinating with various departments without direct client interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle data entry, database management, and maintain records accurately.
- Manage documentation processes, file management, and ensure the proper storage of important information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal use.
- Support the operations team with administrative tasks like scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and assist in basic accounting or finance-related activities.
- Communicate and coordinate internally with departments like HR, Finance, Sales, and Logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Identify and resolve back-office issues to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the management of inventory, procurement, or vendor coordination as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in back office operations or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with ERP or CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask and work independently under mínimal supervision.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with document management systems.
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
