Senior Testing Analyst
Evaluates and oversees operations improvement projects from initial research and assessment through transition to the management team for business performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Conducting thorough business diagnostics to identify, quantify and prioritize value creation projects.
- Teaching, coaching and mentoring individuals and teams to build capabilities.
- Using metrics to demonstrate the impact implemented changes have made to the organization.
- Motivating and working with all levels of the organization to ensure that transition to management is smooth and effective.

Responsible for testing of CRM Applications like Salesforce CRM including Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud, Automation Testing using Selenium and catering to Financial Services such as payment, trading, retirement solutions.
Location: Mumbai
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Associate will be responsible for:
- Participation in Story Grooming sessions and perform Requirement Analysis on stories
- Creating Test Plan (Test Strategy) and Test Scenarios
- Develop and maintain test suite with successive iteration
- Leverage Selenium to execute automated test cases
- Execution of Test Cases and Regression (Both Manual and Automated)
- Defects creation in ALM and Status Reporting
- Understanding Prod Incidents, RCA and Defect Prevention Strategies
- Testing and Closing Defects and Prod Issues
- Leveraging, Adopting and Improving Test Automation
MANAGEMENT/RELATIONSHIP RESPONSIBILITY
- Perform the testing as per the scheduled release Plans.
- Stick to testing schedule and ensure timely completion.
- Reacting immediately to impediments in progress and taking necessary steps
- Working with right teams to speed issues with respect to scope finalizations, getting clarity on defects or requirements, getting environment issues resolved etc.
- Good communication and team work

BUSINESS OR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

- Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Leads internal and external audit projects, and ensures follow up with a timely response on corrective action.
- Appraises the correctness and efficiency of testing methods, analyzes and presents the results of testing sessions, and troubleshoots technical problems and issues.
- Implements testing tools and processes for use in projects, and directs the selection of testing tools and approaches.
- Monitors the design and development of usability testing programs, cases, scenarios and processes to ensure that all functions are thoroughly tested.
- Presents metrics to demonstrate the impact implemented IT changes have made to the organization.
