Role Overview: As a Salesforce CRM Analytics professional at Birlasoft in Pune, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for analytics and reporting needs. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories to offer actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.
