Role Overview: As a Salesforce CRM Analytics professional at Birlasoft in Pune, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for analytics and reporting needs. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories to offer actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories to provide actionable insights - Configure and customize Salesforce CRM Analytics applications using features like SAQL, dataflows, and recipes - Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources such as Salesforce CRM data, ERP systems, and third-party applications - Optimize the performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions for efficient data processing, storage, and visualization - Conduct training sessions and offer technical support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience in a similar role - Proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics applications and tools - Strong understanding of SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language) and data integration - Experience in optimizing performance and scalability of analytics solutions - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Join Birlasoft, a global leader in Cloud, AI, and Digital technologies, and be part of a team contributing to building sustainable communities with innovative solutions.,
