Work vendor outstanding sheet in Excel with proper Format on a monthly basis.
- Maintain Matrix ( i.e. after Fact Purchase Order, Open Purchase Order Report, SVM )
- Release Purchase Order IN ERP ( Navision ) & follow up with vendor on daily basis.
- Maintain approved supplier list in excel ( i.e. ISO )
- Looking after the Purchase of all type of packing materials
- Checking File & Agreement kit ( IN Banking sector ).
- Handling client’s enquires regarding orders, products packaging, and costing.
- Follow up with designer, purchase head and production department for timely delivery of the order.
- Coordination with plant.
- Receiving quotations, generating Purchase Orders, & receiving samples for approval.
- Coordination related to arranging artwork from vendor and getting approved by purchase head.
- Taking care of end to end purchasing i.e. Right from Identification of vendor, Communicating the product requirement, taking quotation, negotiation, getting them approved, contract finalization, PO & follow up, E-way Bill, Vendors bill processing.
- Strong ability to manage staff, develop and oversee operating budgets and communication with production, SCM, Accounts departments, vendors, executive management to ensure that purchase goals are met.
- Hands-on experience to prepare project, Communication/meetings with various vendors
- Experience to planning, purchasing, providing PO, managing materials to various manufacturing plants on time.
- Taken various cost saving initiative to **Reduce Cost** to company.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
