Job Location-: Baroda (Near POR)

English Communication is must requirement for this Job as this involves communicating with Export Customers

Role-:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Invoicing and Export Billing**: Generate accurate export invoices based on sales orders and contractual agreements. Ensure that all relevant details, such as product descriptions, quantities, prices, and terms, are correctly reflected on the invoices.

2. **Order Verification**: Helps department seniors in verify export orders for accuracy and completeness before initiating the invoicing process. Confirm that all order details align with customer requirements, contractual agreements, and applicable trade regulations.

3. **Documentation and Reporting**: Utilize the company's ERP (Odoo ERP & MS Office & Tally) system to manage & prepare export documentation, customer accounts, update customer information, track orders. Ensure accurate data and maintenance of customer records in the ERP system.

4. **Compliance and Reporting**: Ensure compliance with export regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting requirements related to export transactions. Generate reports on billing activities, and other financial metrics as needed. Collaborate with the Operations, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely dispatch from plant.

**Tech Requirements.**

1. MS Office, Tally & ERP

2. Must have handle exports as an experience.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
