
Sales Associate

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads through various channels
- Conduct effective client meetings to present the company’s recovery services and value propositions
- Understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly
- Collaborate with internal operations and legal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Maintain and update CRM tools with client data and engagement progress
- Achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform acquisition strategies
- Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales; experience in financial services, lending, or recovery is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to understand financial and operational aspects of the debt recovery business
- Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM software
- Fluency in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualities**:
- Experience working with NBFCs, MFIs, or collection agencies
- Knowledge of debt recovery lifecycle and regulatory frameworks
- Target-driven mindset with a client-first approach
