Job Summary:We are seeking a confident and results-driven Senior Sales Associate with excellent communication skills to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for handling calls, closing sales, generating quality leads, and maintaining accurate reports. This role requires someone who is both persuasive and professional, with a strong focus on meeting targets and delivering great customer experiences.

Manage inbound and outbound sales calls efficientlyBuild rapport with customers and communicate clearly and persuasivelyUnderstand customer needs and present the right solutionsClose sales and consistently meet or exceed targetsGenerate, follow up, and qualify leads from various sourcesKeep CRM and sales reports updated regularlyCollaborate with the Team Lead and Manager for planning and performance trackingProvide support and guidance to junior sales associates when needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
