responsibilities
- Providing Administrative support to domestic and international teams.
- Prepare, review & track all expense reports & reimbursements both offline and cloud based software.
- Maintaining highly organised confidential files & records.
- Maintaining continuity of office and critical organisation.
- Vendor management, Invoice processing, office administration, event managing & planning.
- Arranging complex & detailed plans and itineraries for domestic, international, commercial & corporate travel, compiling all necessary documentation(e.g passport & visas) and other support with respect to housing, healthcare, legal issues, local customs & rules and regulations.
- Proofreading, handling contracts & ensuring timely deliverance, compliance, legal assistance.
- Query management across departments.
- Working with the Finance & HR team.

requirements
- 1+ years in facilities management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Good time management.
- Proficient in programs including MS Office, and Excel.
