**Location**: Trivandrum (TVM)
**Experience**: Minimum 7 years
**Age Limit**: 25 to 30 years
**Gender Preference**:Male**
**Salary**: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bakery Operations**:

- Oversee the preparation and baking of bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods according to the menu and client specifications.
- Ensure the quality of baked products meets industry standards and company specifications.
- Create and execute new bakery recipes and ensure the consistency of product quality.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Supervise bakery staff, providing guidance and support during food preparation and baking.
- Assist in the training and development of junior bakers and kitchen staff.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Manage the inventory of bakery ingredients and supplies, ensuring the proper storage of items to maintain freshness.
- Control wastage and manage resources effectively.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all bakery products are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery section, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- **Time Management**:

- Ensure timely preparation of bakery products in line with service demands and order volumes.
- Coordinate with other kitchen departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 7 years of experience in a bakery or pastry chef role, with hands-on expertise in bakery production.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of bakery production, including bread, cakes, pastries, and desserts.
- Ability to manage a team, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to create new recipes and innovate in bakery offerings.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- **Education**: Formal culinary education or equivalent practical experience in bakery and pastry arts.
- **Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Previous experience in a high-end bakery or hotel kitchen.
- Knowledge of advanced baking techniques and trends in the industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
