Job Description:
As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Buhariwala Logistics, you will play a key role in driving our business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. You will be responsible for promoting our logistics services, acquiring new clients, and nurturing existing relationships to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, pipeline, and client information accurately.
- Represent Buhariwala Logistics at industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote our services.

Requirements:
2-4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the logistics or related industry.
- excellent communication skills in english, hindi, and marathi, both verbal and written.
- strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- knowledge of crm software and proficiency in ms office (word, excel, powerpoint).
- bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
