**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services using scripts.
- Answer customer queries related to products or services.
- Ask probing questions to understand customer requirements and close sales effectively.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in a timely and precise manner.
- Handle customer grievances in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and preserve the company’s reputation.
- Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and relevant customer information.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English.

- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
