**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assess their bodyshop needs, including collision repairs, paint jobs, and other bodywork services.
- Provide accurate and detailed repair estimates and recommendations.
- Schedule and manage bodyshop appointments to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Coordinate with bodyshop technicians to monitor the progress of repairs and ensure quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Review and approve completed repairs, ensuring all work meets dealership and industry standards.
- Handle insurance claims and paperwork, liaising with insurance adjusters as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bodyshop procedures, tools, and industry trends.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
