**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Welcome customers and understand their concerns related to accidental damages or repairs.
- Inspect vehicles with customers and prepare initial damage assessments.
- **Estimation & Job Card Management**:

- Prepare accurate repair estimates for insurance approvals and customer acceptance.
- Create job cards capturing detailed information regarding body damage and repair requirements.
- **Coordination with Workshop & Insurance**:

- Coordinate with bodyshop technicians for inspections and updates.
- Liaise with insurance surveyors and ensure smooth claim processing.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Explain repairs, parts replacements, and timelines clearly to customers.
- Update customers regularly about repair status and delivery schedules.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure repair work meets quality standards before handing over vehicles.
- Conduct final inspection with customers during vehicle delivery.
- **Upselling Services**:

- Promote additional services like painting, polishing, and value-added products.
- **Documentation & Follow-up**:

- Maintain complete service records, estimates, insurance approvals, and billing details.
- Conduct follow-up calls for customer feedback after service.

**Skills Required**:

- Good knowledge of vehicle body repairs, painting, and insurance processes.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of damage estimation and insurance formalities.
- Computer proficiency for job card, CRM, and billing entries.
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
