**Reporting to**: Working directly with the top management, reporting to CEO

**About the Job**:
We are searching for a professional and courteous Client Relationship Executive with great people skills to help our business prioritize and service existing customers and business account to inspire repeat business through cross selling and up selling organization’s service portfolio.

Your dedication to the needs of our clients will encourage client loyalty and enhance our organization’s growth through positive client-to-business engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivating solid relationships with clients and inspiring repeat business.
- Offer advice to clients on services and products.
- Participate in marketing campaigns.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills.
- Calm, polite, and professional behavior.
- High service orientation.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- General business knowledge.

**Qualification**:

- Graduate or Post-Graduate in related specialization

**Experience**:

- 2 to 4 years’ relevant experience.
- Functional Experience: Client Servicing or Client Relationship or Business Development or Sales or Account Management
- Industry: Hospitality / Corporate Events / Marketing / Advertising
- Geography: Pune / Goa / Mumbai / Any other Metro City
