This role requires excellent communication, a sound understanding of digital marketing and sales processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all project-related communications.Understand project scope and client objectives; relay requirements clearly to internal teams including marketing, design, development, IT and Account.Schedule and facilitate client meetings, document minutes of meetings (MOMs), and track deliverables.Support the marketing team with proposal follow-ups and ongoing relationship management.Ensure timely delivery of all project tasks and maintain up-to-date project documentation.Proactively address minor client concerns and escalate major issues to appropriate stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and timely execution of all digital initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in client servicing, CRM, digital marketing coordination, or project management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO platforms, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM is a plus.Tech-savvy and comfortable working with remote location.Basic understanding of website development lifecycles, marketing campaigns, and digital KPIs.
