**General Summary**:
As a Catalog Associate, you will manage the fashion (Clothing/Footwear/Accessories) catalogue and digital content for products sold online. You will work closely with category managers (CM)/Key Account Managers (KAM) to maintain a best-in-class customer experience for your assigned channels.

A typical day will include analysing, optimizing and updating product information as well as identifying, implementing and managing opportunities for new products, enrichments and promotions. It will also be part of your responsibility to ensure product pages are properly created according to brand and channel standards along with enrichment opportunities.

**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Product Assortment & SKU Ingestion Templates
- Compile vendor templates and ensure all data is complete and accurate
- Confirm all required details are captured in templates and recap missing
- Information for buying teams to gather from vendors
- Keep abreast of product template requirements and changes, and adapt accordingly
- Become familiar with a designated area of business to most effectively complete
- Product upload templates and designate appropriate product attributes
- Business Analysis & Support:

- Work closely with buying team to understand and execute on daily/weekly priorities, ensuring the product upload pipeline remains on-track
- Once products are uploaded, the QA site regularly for tagging and navigation issues.
- Check that all items are appearing on site that should be
- Communicate any issues to buying team for troubleshooting assistance
- Create, maintain, optimize and enrich product listing pages to ensure an accurate and best-in-class customer experience in the fashion category predominantly
- Support the creation of 100% quality website content (product descriptions etc)
- Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail & exceptional organizational skills are essential
- Other duties as required/assigned by CMs/KAMs

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of e-commerce best practices, strategies and tactics
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Able to audit Product Descriptions for sentence correction, grammar, and information accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of the English language in reading, writing and speaking.
- Highly motivated, energetic, confident and enthusiastic
- Be a team player and support the Company's goals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
