
Office Assistant

**Job description**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are properly organized and stored.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle general office administrative tasks.
- Act as the point of contact between employees and management, relaying relevant information as necessary.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed and update them as necessary.
- Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience with HR tasks is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
