**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Manage software usage/installations and report license position.
- Gives advice on the use of software licenses and takes action to become compliant.
- Identifies structural problems relating to claims, cancellations, penalties, and contract changes.
- Analyzes the problems and advises management on possible solutions.
- Makes recommendations to improve efficiency and to reduce or avoid costs.
- Improve processes/policies/guidelines for deployment of licenses, procurement of new licenses and software changes.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and of working in a SaaS environment.
- Work on service now architecture for one-to-one and one to many connections.
- CMDB Implementation & Integrations between SNOW and various data sources - should have good knowledge and understanding of CIs and its relationships and Business Applications.
- Good Communication skills.
- Exposure to global customers.
- Comfortable to work in any shifts.
- Strong technical skills / domain expertise.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and other such technologies.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery.
- Implementation, integration, java script, UI policies, UI action, workflow, business rule, client.
- Able to train users and analyze new SNOW functionality requests.
- Proficient Functional knowledge of all ITSM module of ServiceNow.
