**Job description**:
Merchandiser plays a role in optimizing product placement, assortment planning, and visual merchandising to drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reports Analysis Weekly, Monthly, fortnightly
- Sales & Stocks Replenishment Store wise / Zone wise in a week (zone wise In case we add stores in different cities).
- Maintaining Net week
- Cover and Sales Thru in EB0 stores, LFS.
- Listing of articles in Department Stores & online business.
- Po management for Department Stores.
- Sales Stocks Intake Planning.
- Discount planning.
- Range Planning for EBO Stores.
- Follow up with Operations, Warehouse Team for Stock requirement and dispatches.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field.
- Proven experience in merchandising, retail operations, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation in merchandising strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with merchandising software/tools is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to travel occasionally for store visits or industry events.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.

**Pay scale**:9 lakhs to 12 lakhs per annum.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Schedule:
