Responsibilities:

- **Machine Setup and Operation**:

- Prepare and operate CNC machines for various tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling.
- Understand specifications of the task at hand by reading blueprints and mechanical drawings.
- Translate instructions into computer commands to ensure correct machine function.
- **Material Handling**:

- Load raw materials and parts onto the CNC machine.
- Conduct test runs to verify that machines produce outputs according to specifications.
- **Supervision and Adjustment**:

- Set machines to complete full cycles for fabricating a large number of parts.
- Supervise machine execution, making necessary adjustments for optimal results.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect and measure finished products, comparing them with requirements.
- Ensure that the machining process has been completed properly.
- **Maintenance**:

- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.

Requirements and Skills:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a CNC operator.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and tooling.
- Familiarity with precision measurement tools.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
- Basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM.
- **Mechanical Aptitude**: A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
